The Objective: to create a 30 second commercial to promote LSFS 09 using the theme "We love short cuts".
The Rules: may not be longer than 30 seconds; may not contain copyrighted material (ie. music)
The Prize: winner's commercial will be shown before all screenings November 6th - 8th; a spotlight article on London OFTEN; 4 weekend passes to LSFS 09
